Global options
Step 1 :
Open Peachtree software and your company. Then from the main menu select “option”
and then select “Global” as shown below :

will appear:
Step 2: You
can change the number of decimal places form 2. If u select the Automatic
button then there is no need to change number of decimal places.There is
another option of hiding general ledger account e.g Account receivables or
accounts payables.there is also “other options” such as “Warn if a record was
changed but not saved or Hide inactive records etc.
Step 3 ; if
we click on “General” following window will appear:
You can
select the print option, line item display, smart data entry or color
scheme.there are also the option of Peachtree partners and spelling where you
can select the option of automatic spelling check.
